  As an avid crocheter had looked for a quality yarn shop whilst visiting area and located Purlwise at Kendall. The variety was not as larve as that of Yarn by tbe Ri er at Narrandera but did have some differe t brand. Great supply of needles and the equisite sames ondisplay but u fortunately the you g man who is obviously very talented and owns the shop was I found quite rude. He was not interested in taking part in any conversation and just sat at the window knitt
  ing . I would have bought yarn for another blanket but for his lack of personality.

  For experienced and 'wannabee' knitters Purlwise is the shop to go to. Owner Mark is a prize wnnig knitter, and has many examples of his beautiful work displayed to inspire and get your creative juices going.
  
  The range of colours and wools is very impressive, with lots of choice for your next project.
  
  Kendall is a lovely little country town, with a great cafe just down the road, and a good op shop, so a visit to Purlwise makes for a very pleasant day's outing.
