  I had an important VHS tape from a friend who had passed that needed converting. I knew it was a job for a professional however did not know where to go. I settled for Tapes to Digital Chatswood after reading positive review and speaking with Logan about pricing.
  
  Absolutely painless transaction with a professional result, better than I had expected to be honest. I am glad I went there and would return and definitely recommend them to anyone else.
  
  Friendly, helpful and knowledgable, Logan explained all and it was a 24 hour turn around exactly as he said. I am very happy with the result and now I can watch the VHS on a digital copy. I honestly cannot fault his service and even sat me down and went through everything to make sure I was happy. Absolute legend and nice guy as well. Would recommend 5/5. Thanks!

  Fast and efficient service, and well priced. Logan did a great job on transferring my wedding VHS tapes from 20 years ago to mp4 files that can fit on a USB stick. Memories are precious. I encourage anyone who has personal memories of family and friends on old VHS tapes to convert these into a digital format sooner rather than later, so you can easily store and preserve these in the cloud, and access them when you want. This avoids the risk that your VHS tapes will become unusable over time as they physically deteriorate and your VHS players break down and are not able to be replaced.

  I have to tell you how I'm happy with my video Logan was working with, a film concert I made from 2006. We had a challenge because I lost my original Mini DV, and could only find a VHS copy version. He cleaned the mould from VHS and made the film as new and clean as possible, so I could enjoy my concert from 2006.

  I had these guys convert our wedding video to digital for an anniversary. Sole copy and time sensitive, so it was important. These guys were great, and gave automated updates on the status - e.g. received tapes, with tech, completed, and uploaded to google drive. When i had a glitch with the audio not in sync with the video, they fixed it within hours. They also mailed back the original perfectly. Happy anniversary for us !! Highly recommend.
